At Brock Interiors, “exceeding your expectations” is much more than a motto on a business card. Every one of our staff members is definitely committed to providing the very best service in our industry. We constantly re-evaluate the way we service our customers to provide new and higher levels of service. From the beginning, we wanted to provide a new level of professionalism. Bringing that higher level of professionalism has been our main objective since that very first day. Professional installations and customer service are our focus. It’s the difference between Brock Interiors and everyone else.

Brock Interiors was founded in 1997 to provide flooring for the multi-housing industry in the Phoenix, Arizona, market. On May 1, 1997 we opened our doors with two operational employees, one installation crew, and a 4,000 square foot office/warehouse in Phoenix. Over the last nine years, our company has grown to over 60 operational employees and more than 115 installation crews in four Southwestern cities.

In late 1999 our relentless focus on service led to one of the largest REITs to request our entrance into the Las Vegas market. On January 1, 2000 we opened our Las Vegas office with one employee and one installation crew. During our first year in that market, we experienced unbelievable growth. Our presence there raised the bar for service in Las Vegas and led to a more competitive market. Today we have over 15 operational employees and 35 installation crews.

Our next office opened in September of 2001 in Tucson, Arizona. With many of our Phoenix customers managing communities in the Tucson market and our close proximity, it was the natural progression. Today we have six operational employees and over 20 installation crews. Our Tucson location continues to experience steady growth.

Our most recent office opened in March of 2004 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Again, our entrance was the result of a request from one of our large customers. Since opening, we have again raised the bar for service and made that market more competitive. Today we have four operational employees and 10 installation crews.

The most recent expansion for Brock Interiors has been to add flooring maintenance to our Phoenix location. In April of 2005 we brought three trucks on line. Since then, we have expanded to six trucks, with additional trucks planned for late 2006. In 2007 we plan to add flooring maintenance to our Las Vegas location.
